This recently renovated British-owned bed and breakfast accommodation is located in the small working wine village of Azé in the Maconnais mountains in southern Burgundy. It is ideally situated to explore the Beaujolais area, the city of Beaune or many of the historic towns or places of interest in this unspoilt part of France. It is also just 12km north west of Maçon approximately 20 mins from the nearest junction J27 on the A6 autoroute - driving time from Calais via the autoroute is approximately 6-7 hours.

There are a variety of shops and amenities in the village, including a village shop, bakery and two bars. For the more energetic Azé also offers a tennis court, table tennis table, plenty of walks or cycle rides. There is also fishing and a golf course nearby and bikes are available at the accommodation. This address is motorbike friendly and there is both secure parking for your bikes, cars and trailers and also drying room facilities, if needed. A garage is available for basic maintenance and repairs.

In the garden there is a hot tub, which can be used by guests by prior arrangement. Either use during the day, under the sun, or at night, under the stars, whatever the time of day you can be sure of a pleasant experience. The garden provides an area where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, overlooking the vineyards whilst sipping a chilled glass of the locally produced wine or sit in the courtyard under the shade of the tree to cool off from the heat of the day. On cooler days, you may use the guests' salon where you can relax and read a book or enjoy a DVD from the collection. There is also the facility to make hot and cold drinks. This accommodation now has free WiFi internet access.
